Here's what you can expect when working with us.
The first step is a discovery conversation where we learn more about your project and how you plan to use the 3D content we provide. This could be for planning applications, marketing purposes, or design development. We'll also need plans and elevations to aid our discussions, and PDFs of proposals are generally sufficient at this stage.
After our discovery session, we'll provide you with an itemised quote and examples of past projects so you can see the quality of our work. While we can give you an approximate timeline for the work, we can't provide a fixed completion date until the project is confirmed, as all projects are managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once we have your approval to proceed, we'll schedule your project and confirm a completion date. We'll get to work and keep you informed throughout the process. When we're ready to share a draft, we'll provide a lower-resolution image for you to review and offer feedback on the 3D model, design, lighting, camera position, and more. We'll make the necessary changes and send you a revised draft image for your approval. This process continues until you're completely satisfied with the final image, which we'll render and issue in your preferred format.
We're committed to providing the best possible service and experience for our clients. To help us do that, we ask for your collaboration and timely feedback throughout the project. While we're the CGI artists, it's your design we're working on, so your input is essential. We'll need various types of information from you, including plans, elevations, CAD files, finishes, and information on fixtures and fittings. We'll provide a more comprehensive list during the discovery session.
Lastly, we'll issue an invoice for the work and ask for a testimonial to help with our marketing efforts.

Jamie Wilkes has worked as a 3D visualiser and has over 20 years experience working with 3D CAD in the architectural industry. He is now owner and director of Resolution Studios, a 3D visualisation firm based in Halesowen in the West Midlands.
Starting out as an Architectural Technician, Jamie worked on a number of commercial and residential schemes, producing CAD plans, elevations & sections of buildings. After completing his Masters in Digital Architecture Jamie then followed his passion for 3D & took a role as a full time 3D visualiser working mainly in the leisure sector.
Resolution Studios was established by Jamie in 2008 and has since provided 3D visualisations, animations and interactive imagery for planning applications and marketing developments in many sectors throughout the UK and abroad.
